this squash ravioli is quite possibly the weirdest looking thing i have ever made. ever.
i don't know why i think it's a good idea to cook something i've never cooked before when people are coming over.
i don't think it tastes bad. people just may be too scared of it to eat it.
i will post pictures later.

I usually cook new things when people come over. It's a good chance to try things out on unsuspecting innocents. It's a challenge. An opportunity. A good time to not be the only one who becomes violently ill.
And to secretly laugh at their facial contortions when they're too polite to tell you it tastes like crap...
